"Voices", a program of short performances of music, drama and poetry to celebrate Spring, will be the focus of the May meeting of the Knox County Democratic Women on Tuesday, May 12. Participants include music by Sarah Goslee Reed and Rose Sebouhian as well as readings by Mark Jordan, Penny Rauzi, and Jim Magaw. There will be a free will offering to benefit the Knox County Special Olympics.
The meeting will be held in the Common Area of Summerville@Hillenvale located at 1615 Yauger Road in Mount Vernon and will begin at 7:00 pm. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. For more information please visit www.knoxdwc.org.
